UND Health and Wellness holding annual ‘De-Stressed Fest’ Wednesday

It’s that time of year again when we all need to de-stress. Join Health and Wellness at the annual De-Stress Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, in the Memorial Union Loading Dock. The theme this year is “Get Distressed at the Carnival Fest.”

Enjoy free massage, food, fun games, lively music, stretching yoga, and awesome prizes. Participants also will be invited to make their own carnival masks, tied blankets, trail mixes, and aroma therapy bags.

Students are encouraged to come and give the mind and body a break to meet the end of the semester with calmness, easiness, and focus.

Parking: Unless special parking arrangements have been stated above, off-campus guests for this event may use the pay-as-you-go option in the Parking Ramp (corner of 2nd Ave N and Columbia Road), the Visitor Lot (off Centennial Drive), or a Parking Meter. Parking in any other parking lot on-campus requires a parking pass which can be purchased directly through Parking Services, Twamley Hall Room 204 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday – 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
