UND-City’s Monster Patrol Is Back For Third Year Helping Grand Forks Children Trick-or-treat Safely

This Halloween, 5 p.m.-9 p.m., the University of North Dakota Student Government and the City of Grand Forks will team up to promote Halloween safety for trick-or-treaters in the Grand Forks area through the Monster Patrol program.

This will be the third year that Monster Patrol sends UND student volunteers to areas of the city that have high concentrations of trick-or-treaters. UND volunteers will be around to help children cross the streets and to help direct traffic.

Anyone who wants to volunteer can sign up in the UND Student Government office in the Memorial Union from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., weekdays.

Volunteers are asked to report to the Student Government office by 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
